To ensure your purchase is covered by our warranty, please fill out and return the warranty card at the rear of this manual within 30 days of delivery. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser who has registered the firearm with AllTerra Arms, and is not transferable. If a warranty claim is merited, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.ĪllTerra Arms guarantees only those products manufactured by the company. We stand behind our products and are easy to work with. After our initial 90-day unconditional guarantee expires, if a customer returns a firearm for evaluation and our inspection and testing prove it to be of proper manufacture, functionality and accuracy, we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of the inspection and testing.ĪllTerra Arms takes pride in providing some of the best-performing products in the industry. Please thoughtfully evaluate all possible causes of rifle functionality issues before making a warranty claim. Typically, these inquiries are caused by improper handling or some other factor unrelated to our product. This attention to detail results in very few warranty inquiries. We are proud of the careful attention we pay to the design, manufacture and testing of every firearm we produce. Once all items have been received and rifle can be shipped the final 10% is due and must be received before the rifle will be shipped. If the rifle has been completed but we are waiting on customer-provided items such as an FFL, optics or other, we require 40% payment while we wait on these items. Your rifle won’t ship until the balance is paid in full. The remaining 50% is due once the rifle is complete and ready to ship. It is due at the time you place your order. A 50% deposit is required to start your rifle build.
